Key Responsibilities:

• Execute synchronized (French/Russian-style) service with precision and professionalism.
• Provide white-glove food and beverage service in formal banquet settings.

• Anticipate guest needs while maintaining discretion and composure.
• Work collaboratively with captains, culinary teams, and event managers.
• Handle high-profile and VIP guests with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and room resets as required.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of banquet serving experience in luxury hotels, fine dining, or high-end catering.
• Demonstrated experience with synchronized or choreographed service.
• Knowledge of formal place settings, wine service, and multi-course dining etiquette.
• Professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and carry service trays with confidence.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Experience:

• Luxury hotel or resort banquet experience.
• Experience serving C-suite executives, dignitaries, or celebrity guests.
• Fine dining or Michelin-level service background.
• TIPS, ServSafe, or alcohol service certification.
