Position Overview:

The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and executing high-quality menu items while maintaining the standards of excellence that define Vineyards Country Club. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience as a line cook in a high-volume or upscale dining environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food preparation.
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain composure under pressure.
• Positive attitude with a strong team-oriented mindset.
• Professional, reliable, and detail-focused.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute menu items with consistency and attention to detail.
• Follow established recipes, portioning, and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.
• Support overall kitchen operations and collaborate with the culinary team.
