Warehouse Manager

This position is responsible for overseeing and managing all daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient logistics, accurate inventory control, and a safe working environment. The Warehouse Manager will supervise warehouse staff, handle equipment operations, and maintain organized workflows for receiving, storage, and shipping. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff and daily operational activities.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Oversee inventory levels, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, and shipping of materials and equipment.
• Utilize inventory management software to track stock, process orders, and maintain documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards, company policies, and regulatory guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with management, vendors, and team members in both English and Spanish.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and performance evaluations for warehouse personnel.
• Maintain clean, organized, and efficient warehouse spaces.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Forklift certification or hands-on experience — required.
• Experience with inventory or warehouse management software (e.g., Fishbowl, NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar).
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse or logistics management experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Frequently required to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse.
• Regularly required to use hands and arms for handling materials and operating equipment.
• Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts, forklifts, and moderate to loud noise levels.
• Occasionally exposed to outdoor weather conditions during loading or unloading operations.
• The work environment is fast-paced and requires attention to safety at all times.
