Payroll Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Process garnishments, child support payments, and other court-ordered deductions accurately and timely
- Set up deductions and payment schedules in the payroll system (SAP)
- Respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding garnishments and payroll issues
- Address correspondence from jurisdictions related to payroll deductions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws
- Analyze and resolve payroll discrepancies or issues
- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation
- Support payroll reporting and audits as required
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve complex payroll scenarios
Skills:
- Strong proficiency in SAP Payroll module
- Experience processing garnishments and court-ordered deductions
Education/Experience:
- High School
