Au Pair

I am a single father with joint custody of a 10 yr old daughter. So I have her only half of the time. Hence the role will be divided in childcare responsibilities, Personal assistant/admin support for business and House keeping. Primary Duties: Child care : Babysitting for a 10 year old girl child. Help in homework, pick up and drop for various activities and school (sometimes only). Teach a foreign language and keep her busy away from electronics and social media apps, prepare light meals or order food from restaurant. Help in designing/ maintaining wardrobe for the child(fashion coaching). Etiquette coaching. helps in shopping online and shops. Personal Assistant / Admin support : Managing calendars, scheduling work and non work related appointments. Collect and ship mails/parcels from office/home. Organizing events and gifts for clients and employees, internet search for finding places and things, pay bills, keep track of birthdays/important dates/important reminders, travel arrangements, packing and unpacking. House keeping: Light household chores. Keeping and maintaining cleanliness. Maintaining inventory and shopping, wardrobe management, Recruiting, scheduling and managing vendors and services for different properties and boat. manage payments to vendors. Required skillset: Good communication skills, internet searching skills, organized, Good knowledge of fashion and style both clothing and household items, driving skills, memory, Positive attitude and charming.
