Electrical Engineer
This is a high-impact engineering role within a growing team focused on complex commercial and multi-family building projects. We are looking for a technically strong Electrical Engineer or Designer who is confident in client-facing interactions, experienced in Revit, and capable of supporting or leading project design efforts.
The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, brings strong technical expertise in building systems design, and is ready to take ownership of both project execution and team mentorship.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) License required
- 4–7 years (Mid-Level) or 7–11 years (Senior Level) of experience
- Experience in multi-family, commercial, or institutional building projects
Preferred: apartments, condos, hotels, student housingAlso considered: hospitals, data centers, offices, restaurants, schools
- Proficiency in Revit
- Strong client-facing communication skills
- Ability to mentor and support junior engineers (senior level)
Responsibilities:
- Design electrical systems for commercial and multi-family building projects
- Develop and review electrical drawings and technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes and project requirements
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and internal engineering teams
- Serve as a point of contact for clients with professional communication
- Mentor and guide junior engineering staff (as applicable)
- Support project delivery from concept through completion
- Maintain quality, accuracy, and efficiency across all deliverables
