Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for a direct hire opportunity in Doral, FL, supporting bonded cargo operations in a logistics and transportation environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on warehouse leader with experience managing customs-controlled freight, inventory accuracy, team performance, and regulatory compliance.

The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, help ensure full compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection requirements, and support efficient cargo flow across receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and loading functions. Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and supervise bonded and non-bonded warehouse operations in compliance with CBP regulations and company procedures.
- Oversee the compliant receipt, storage, documentation, inventory control, and release of bonded cargo while maintaining full traceability.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse and logistics staff to promote teamwork, safety, productivity, and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor warehouse performance to prevent cargo discrepancies, damages, customs violations, and operational delays.
- Coordinate workflow across shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and loading teams to ensure efficient cargo movement.
- Prepare accurate reports related to warehouse performance, bonded stock status, inventory accuracy, and key operational metrics.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $70,000 to $75,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Supervise daily bonded warehouse and logistics operations.
- Manage bonded cargo documentation, inventory accuracy, and customs-controlled freight movement.
- Lead warehouse staff training, performance, safety, and compliance initiatives.
- Coordinate shipping, receiving, picking, packing, loading, vendor, and carrier activities.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in distribution, warehouse operations, inventory management, or related logistics operations.
- 3 to 5 years of supervisory or management experience leading warehouse or logistics teams.
- Experience working in bonded or customs-controlled warehouse environments.
- Strong understanding of bonded warehouse regulations, CBP compliance standards, and documentation such as CBP Forms 7512, 214, and 216.
- Ability to monitor inventory movements, reconcile bonded stock, and maintain accurate operational records.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Analytical problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Bilingual English and Spanish skills are required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with bonded carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokerage operations, or transportation providers.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems, inventory reporting tools, or logistics performance metrics.
- Demonstrated success improving warehouse processes, reducing discrepancies, and strengthening compliance programs.
