Inside Sales Representative

Job Description
The Inside Sales Representative will be the first line of communication for existing customers. They will respond promptly to all customer concerns and resolve the concern by partnering with the appropriate internal team. Additionally, this position will perform inside sales for the Company. The Inside Sales Representative will work on identifying sales opportunities from all internal customer communication.
The responsibilities of the Inside Sales Representative include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Serves as liaison between the Company and customers.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by addressing needs.
· Focuses on delivering an outstanding customer experience by collaborating with internal teams to solve customer challenges.
· Answers incoming customer calls, providing answers to queries, resolving customer concerns, and identifying sales opportunities.
· Supports the sales team with sales lead development.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
· Previous sales and customer service experience/
· Experience is fuel, oil, and gas, a plus.
· Excellent written communication skills.
· Diligence and follow-through skills.
· Easily builds rapport with others.
· Prior experience working with a CRM.
· Fully proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to produce professional charts and reports.
