• Production Assistant 2 ( Logistics and Mover):
  • Wednesday March 25th- 10:00AM- 7:00PM
  • Thursday March 26: 11AM- 8:00PM
  • Friday March 27: 8:00PM- 12:00AM
  • Saturday March 28: 4:00pm- 8:00pm

Payment: $28/Hour

Position Summary:

Fierce Staffing is hiring a skilled Production Assistant to support the US Tennis Association Conference in Orlando. This role is best suited for a hands-on, highly capable event professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to move seamlessly between production support, setup execution, logistics, and onsite problem-solving.

We are looking for a strong doer, someone who can step in, take direction, anticipate needs, and help keep event operations moving at a high level. The ideal candidate has experience supporting sports, hospitality, conference, or live event environments and brings a polished, professional presence along with a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the event lead and production team with event setup, coordination, and onsite execution
• Assist with organizing event materials, equipment, supplies, and production needs before and during the conference
• Help place signage, graphics, branding elements, and décor according to event plans and client standards
• Assist with logistics tasks including furniture movement, room resets, assembly, breakdown support, and general operational needs
• Complete offsite errands or supply pickups as needed to support event readiness
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent Fierce Staffing positively with clients, vendors, venue teams, and attendees
• Communicate clearly and promptly with Fierce Staffing leadership regarding status updates, needs, and any onsite issues
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and support the broader team wherever needed to ensure a smooth event experience

Shift Needs:

• March 25-28
• Times:
  • Production Assistant 1- Wednesday- Saturday- Open Availability needed ( 10 HR Shifts)
  • Production Assistant 2 ( Logistics and Mover): Friday 8:00PM- 12:00AM and Saturday 2:00pm- 6:00pm

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in event production, conference support, hospitality operations, sports events, or a related field preferred
• Strong execution skills with the ability to take direction and move quickly on tasks without constant oversight
• Comfortable with physical production work, including lifting, moving, and arranging furniture, boxes, or event materials as needed
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and ability to complete offsite errands if requested
• Professional presentation and polished appearance required
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with event leadership and onsite teams
• Dependable, adaptable, and able to perform in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment
• Available to work March 25 through March 28, 2026
