Lee Health is seeking an Inpatient Consult Liaison Psychiatrist!

Lee Health is a nonprofit organization with more than 17,000 employees, 4,500 volunteers, and more than 1,300 employed primary care and specialty care providers with multiple practice locations throughout Southwest Florida. The organization has four acute care hospitals and one specialty hospital that together house over 1,800 hospital beds.

Position Information:

Lee Physician Group Psychiatry is seeking full-time, experienced board eligible/board certified physicians in Adult Psychiatry to join our inpatient facilities in Fort Myers & Cape Coral.

LPG is seeking candidates with a DEA X waiver

Candidates will need to be interested in providing psychiatric consultation-liaison services in inpatient settings providing assessments, diagnostics, consultations and treatment recommendations

Candidates will have the opportunity to treat both adult and pediatric psychiatry patients

Candidates will need to demonstrate a passion for working with high-risk patients, patients with addictions and child/adolescent patients

Candidates will provide services primarily to 4 acute care hospitals, Golisano Childrens Hospital, and Coconut Point Freestanding Emergency Dept.

Candidates will work Monday Friday from 7am 3pm and have the opportunity to provide telehealth services when appropriate

Physicians use Dragon dictation and EPIC EHR
