Director of Marketing HVAC

Lead the marketing vision for a growing home services company—on-site preferred, but remote considered for exceptional candidates.

As our Director of Marketing, you will take the lead in defining how our brand is seen and experienced. From shaping strategy and refining our voice to strengthening client connections, you will guide the efforts that bring our values to life and showcase what makes Elevate Home Services truly stand out.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive, integrated marketing strategies that align with organizational goals on a daily, monthly, and annual basis. Identify and leverage key marketing channels while using tools and data to maximize reach and engagement within budget.
• Oversee the production and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital, mass media, email, direct mail, print collateral, local sponsorships and events, social media, loyalty programs, and other channels.
• Manage and evaluate marketing vendors and partners to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with brand standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand project objectives, enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, and generate qualified leads and conversions.
• Develop expertise in the customer journey and identify opportunities to strengthen key touchpoints that improve conversion and retention.
• Create and maintain reporting for all marketing channels, extracting actionable insights for campaign optimization and providing recommendations to company stakeholders.
• Monitor marketing performance across multiple platforms, including ServiceTitan CRM, website analytics, digital advertising reports, and social media metrics, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay current on the competitive landscape, industry and marketing trends, emerging technologies, and evolving customer needs to inform strategy and uncover opportunities for innovation.
• Drive efficiencies across the portfolio of companies by streamlining marketing operations and implementing standards and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required; master’s degree preferred
• Ten (10) or more years of experience in marketing and advertising.
• At least three (3) years of marketing experience in residential HVAC, plumbing or related home services industry required.
• Preference for on-site presence, but highly qualified candidates who meet all requirements will be considered for remote work.
• Experience with ServiceTitan or other CRM platforms used in home services.
• Experience with Google Local Services Ads.
• Proven success in managing integrated marketing campaigns that drive traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions.Experience managing marketing budgets, agencies, and staff.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in marketing data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization, including reporting to upper management and C-suite leaders. Experience in multi-business unit or matrixed environments is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational abilities.
• A people-first mindset with a balance of customer, employee, and shareholder priorities.
