Commercial Loan Administrator

Sure Lending is an established commercial real estate lender that specializes in providing financing solutions for real estate investors and developers. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Loan Administrator to join our team and assist in the loan underwriting and portfolio management processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the commercial loan application process, including reviewing applications, collecting documentation, and coordinating with borrowers, brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
• Prepare loan files for underwriting, including compiling and reviewing financial information, property information, and other relevant data.
• Work with the underwriting team to ensure that loans are properly structured, underwritten, and approved in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist with loan closing activities, including coordinating with attorneys, title companies, and other third-party service providers.
• Monitor loan performance and ensure that borrowers are in compliance with loan covenants and requirements.
• Manage loan servicing activities, including preparing loan payoff statements, processing loan payments, and responding to borrower inquiries.
• Assist with the preparation of reports and other analysis related to the company's lending operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate lending, loan administration, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to details to accurately review documents and checklists
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience with loan origination and servicing software is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Knowledge of commercial real estate lending practices and regulations is a plus
