Position Overview:

Supports the coordination, tracking, and timely completion of all Air Force Office of Energy Assurance (AF OEA) taskers and correspondence. Manages official documents through the Task Management Tool (TMT) or similar platforms, ensuring alignment with Department of the Air Force (DAF) communication standards. Serves as a liaison across AF OEA divisions to facilitate efficient workflow execution and leadership visibility.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage AF OEA staff packages, memoranda, briefings, and other official communications using TMT or equivalent platforms.
• Track and monitor task status, providing weekly updates to AF OEA leadership and compiling monthly workflow reports.
• Prepare, format, and route documents in accordance with DAF protocols, including The Tongue and Quill.
• Record and distribute meeting minutes and action items.
• Coordinate with AF OEA divisions to support planning and execution of workshops, conferences, and interagency engagements.
• Assist with administrative quality control to maintain consistency and accuracy across official correspondence.

Minimum Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, communications, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience supporting task or workflow management in a federal or military setting.
• Demonstrated experience with DAF correspondence standards and TMT or similar systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• S. citizenship and ability to obtain DOD Secret security clearance required.
