Automotive Sales Rep with Social Media Duties
- Greet and assist customers in selecting vehicles by understanding their needs and preferences.
- Conduct test drives, present vehicle features, and explain financing options.
- Negotiate sales agreements and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle inventory, pricing, promotions, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team and finance department to streamline the sales process. Social Media Duties:
- Create, schedule, and post engaging content (photos, videos, stories, etc.) on dealership social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok).
- Showcase new and used vehicle inventory, promotions, and customer testimonials through creative posts.
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media promptly and professionally.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to drive foot traffic and generate leads.
- Monitor social media analytics to track engagement and adjust strategies to maximize reach.
- Stay current with social media trends and incorporate them into content strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall dealership goals. Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in automotive or retail (1-2 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and maintain a professional online presence.
- Proficiency with social media tools and basic photo/video editing.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field is a plus.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities. Benefits:
