Shift Managers
$16-$20/hour PLUS TIPS! Starting hourly rate depends on relevant experience and availability. The position is based at our Fleming Island, Orange Park location. Store hours are 5a-7p.

Our Shift Leaders will assist the General Manager in executing store Operations during scheduled shifts. As the hourly Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading the team - ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, supervising employees, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Customer Service and Team Leadership skills
- Inventory management
- Ability to perform multiple tasks at any given time
- Desire to embrace the Black Rifle Coffee culture
