We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist who can take our brand to the next level by owning our digital presence, engaging with our community, and driving customer growth through creative marketing strategies.

• Develop and manage social media strategy to grow engagement, followers, and lead generation.
• Create, schedule, and publish content across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Serve as the brand ambassador , engaging with the public online and at events.
• Maintain and update the company website, ensuring strong SEO optimization for local search rankings.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns including Google PPC, Google Maps, and Local Services Ads (LSA).
• Design and implement direct mail campaigns, radius marketing, and other targeted outreach efforts to drive new customer acquisition.
• Continuously explore and test new ways to reach customers through both digital and traditional marketing channels.
• Design marketing deliverables such as flyers, ads, and promotional materials.
• Track analytics and provide regular performance reports on campaigns, website traffic, and social engagement.
• Respond to customer reviews, comments, and messages on digital platforms in a professional, brand-positive manner.
• Attend community and industry events to represent Bold City Heating and Air.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital and traditional marketing (HVAC/home services industry a plus).
• Hands-on experience with social media, Google Ads, LSA, SEO tools, and website management.
• Strong design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
• Familiarity with direct mail, print marketing, and radius targeting strategies.
• Excellent communication and public engagement skills.
• Highly organized, creative, and self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Experience in event marketing and community outreach is preferred.
