Rick Sanchez, our agency owner, is a graduate of Saint Thomas University, where he played Division I collegiate baseball. As a man of faith, Rick is passionate about making a difference in the lives of his team and clients. Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
