Key Responsibilities
- Dishwashing: Thoroughly wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold hygiene standards.
- Table Support: Assist with bussing tables and clearing dining areas to support seamless food service operations.
- Food Preparation: Support food preparation tasks such as ingredient prep and basic cooking assistance under supervision.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, workstations, and storage areas through regular cleaning routines.
- Safety Compliance: Handle food handling procedures safely and responsibly in accordance with health regulations.
- Catering Support: Ensure all dishware and utensils are ready for events by supporting catering and banquet setups.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes for service.

Requirements
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
- Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation practices.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail in cleaning, organization, and safety procedures.
