Office Representative - Local Moving Company

Total Compensation:  $20.00 per hour.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

1. Support of Operations Management, including Owners, General Manager, and Operations Managers.
2. Effective communication with clients, potential clients, and HUNKS.
3. Assist with facilities management.
4. Warmly greet visitors and clients to our facility.
5. Communicate with clients to confirm their appointments.
6. Communicate with potential clients.
7. Follow up with clients regarding claims.
8. Keep stock of office supplies and advising when supplies are low.
9. Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for management.
10. Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
11. Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
12. Organize special functions and social events.

9. High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or related field preferred.
