Interview Clerk - 20 hrs a week (scheduled may vary)
WORK LOCATIONS: 4 days a week at the Tallahassee location, 1 day a week at the Monticello location

WORK ENVIORNMENT:
JOB DUTIES:Answering phones, checking messages, returning calls, opening and disseminating mail, greeting and guiding visitors
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
* Explanation of eligibility of applicants and recipients for public assistance programs, determining eligibility for expedited food stamp services,* Entering client data into database based on intake of caller information* Maintaining necessary files and records* Completing general clerical duties to include using computer to input data for clients who are applying for public assistance benefits, answering the phone, using photocopy machine, scanner and other office machines.
Must type 35 wpmMust be able to work at the Tallahassee office and one day in the Monticello officeMust have good communication skillsMust have customer service experienceMust have computer skills
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $16.00 - $16.25 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
