Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Part-Time

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Home Health team on a part-time basis. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to provide meaningful one-on-one care in the home environment.
This is ideal for an SLP looking to supplement income, reduce burnout, or maintain work-life balance while continuing to make a strong clinical impact.

Responsibilities
Conduct speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations
Develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapy for speech, language, voice, fluency, and dysphagia disorders
Educate patients and caregivers on therapy goals and home strategies
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
Complete accurate and timely documentation
Ensure compliance with Medicare and home health regulations
Qualifications
Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Home Health experience preferred but not required
Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently
