Position Overview:

A top-tier commercial general contractor in Boca Raton is seeking a structured, proactive Project Coordinator / Construction Administrator to support Project Managers and Field Teams with job-site documentation and vendor administration.

salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Process, track, and manage RFI's, Submittals, Change Orders, and Purchase Orders using construction management software.

• Coordinate subcontracts, vendor lien releases, insurance certificates (COIs), and building permit applications.

• Assist Project Managers with budget tracking, job cost coding, and monthly client billing preparation.

• Maintain organized digital job files and coordinate project closeout documentation.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of administrative or project coordination experience in Commercial Construction, Architecture, or Engineering.

• Experience with construction management software (e.g., Procore, BuilderTrend, or MS Project).

• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple project timelines simultaneously.
