Join our dynamic team as a QA Tester Business Analyst where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring software quality while supporting data-driven decision making. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for software applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and define testing strategies
• Perform manual and automated testing, including regression testing
• Conduct operational analyses to support informed business decisions
• Create and manage defect tracking documentation
• Develop and maintain testing scripts and test environments
• Report on testing status, metrics, and KPIs to stakeholders
• Support small to medium special projects and process improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a QA Tester or Quality Testing Engineer
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with test case development and execution
• Knowledge of defect tracking systems
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1+ years of related experience preferred
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce (plus)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (plus)
