We are looking for EXPERIENCED BARISTAS & CASHIERS who are energetic & outgoing to join our team in Fort Lauderdale.

You need to have an outgoing personality, be available in the mornings and some weekends. The occasional Saturday & Sunday are a must, so please don't apply if you can't work some weekends or if you plan to travel for the Holidays.

We are looking for people who understand what it means to be "part of a team" and be able to hustle, because we get busy but also know how to have FUN at work. We serve fresh pressed juice and specialty coffee made to order with a healthy chef inspired menu of salads, sandwiches and wraps that has the neighborhood buzzing . . .

You must be able to reliably commute to Fort Lauderdale so that you are On Time for your scheduled shifts, especially if you are working in the morning

If you have experience in working as a Server or Barista in Full Service or Fast Casual Restaurant, if you love talking to people and want to have fun at work, if you like having "regulars" and enjoy making great tips then this is the spot for you !

We are looking for the best candidates . . . and this is why we pay more than all the other shops in town. So if you have what it takes come on by and let's see about you possibly joining our crew. You must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment, must enjoy talking to strangers and greeting people with a smile :-)

We offer very competitive pay, based on your level of confirmed experience our staff typically take home between $15 - $20 per hour, depending on the days your scheduled (weekends are always busier and better tips).

We open early in the morning but we don't work late nights either :-) You need to be able to come to work at 6:30 AM or 7AM . . . psst . . . that's when it is still dark outside ;-) But your day ends nice and early too

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming every guest with a smile and warm and genuine greeting
• Don't be shy, we are looking for team members with PERSONALITY !
• Able to follow recipes and procedures
• Must be able to learn the menu and explain drinks and food items to guests
• You will learn how to make hand crafted quality coffee drinks
• Must be able to make fresh pressed juice, smoothies and Acai bowls
• ability to multi-task in fast paced, customer service focused environment
• Coordinate drink orders with other Barista(s) & food runners
• help maintain a clean and organized work space
• take orders at counter and on phone
• Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests

Qualifications:

• Previous Customer Service experience is a Must
• Must have previous experience as a Barista, Bartender or Server (preferably within the last 3 years)
• Passion for Coffee, Fitness and Healthy Lifestyle is a bonus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, we're not just saying it, we get really busy, you will need to be able to "keep up"
• Must have an outgoing and vibrant personality
• MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUTE TO DOWNTOWN FORT LAUDERDALE and arrive at work as early as 6:30am on some days
