SR Sales Compensation Manager

What You'll be doing: Consulting brainpower: Partner up with our leaders and talented functional teams to develop compensation plans for our Sales associates. Sales Comp Plan Design: Lead the charge on designing and managing sales incentive plan design efforts across multiple business units Cross-functional collaboration: This role will report to the Sr. Director of Sales Compensation. You will partner with HR, finance and other business stakeholders to craft, model, and roll out awesome sales compensation plans. Market insights: Keep a check on the pulse of the market, ensuring our plans are not only motivating but also competitive and compliant. Data analytics: Crunch numbers and analytics to make sure our plans are incenting the right behaviors in support of strategic objectives. Change championing: Get the sales teams comfortable with the rhythm of new plan designs with your change management skills. Tech thought leadership: Engage with IT to bring our comp plans to life with automation and making everyone's lives easier. What You'll Bring along: Education: A bachelors degree in finance, business, or a related field is required. Sales Comp expertise: 5-8 years of experience in the sales compensation space preferably in a multi-site retail environment. We are equally excited about Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, Financial/Business Ops, and Broad-based Comp professionals as well! Certification : Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP) or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification is a plus. Excel and/or analytics proficiency : We love Data wizards who love analytics, modeling and story-telling with sales transactions, financials and employee information. Team player mindset : Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate and contribute in a team centric culture Detail orientation : You're all about the little things, making sure payouts are timely and accurate.
