HR Systems Analyst
Marvin, a leader in custom window and door solutions since 1912, is seeking a skilled HR Systems Analyst to join our Human Resources & Talent Management team. In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing our HR technologies to enhance human-centric processes and support a thriving workplace. You will be responsible for the analysis, design, and support of systems that improve the delivery of HR services facilitating innovation and efficiency in our talent management operations. As part of your role, you will analyze current systems for improvements, propose new systems solutions, and maintain data integrity across all platforms ensuring that Marvin continues to lead in both product innovation and employee satisfaction.
