What Youll Lead:
- Full operational oversight of commercial concrete projects
- Strategic planning, budgeting, and execution
- Safety-first culture and high-performance teams
- Client relationships and business growth
- Profit accountability and operational excellence
What Youll Receive:
- $225K$290K base + executive-level bonus program
- Vehicle allowance + fuel card
- Comprehensive health benefits + employer-paid life & disability
- 25 days PTO to start (including 10 federal holidays)
- 401(k) with generous match
What You Bring:
- 20+ years in commercial concrete construction
- 8+ years in business management or executive-level roles
- OSHA 30 + First Aid/CPR/AED certifications
- Expertise in concrete forms, pumping, hoisting, and tower cranes
- High-rise or industrial concrete experience preferred
