The position will be responsible for providing support to Corporate Sales and Marketing Vice Presidents; ensuring information and communication are provided in a timely, accurate and effective manner. Additionally, responsible for the timely and accurate preparation, review and distribution of weekly reports, corporate premiums, inventory orders, supplies and vendor contracts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Ensure the timely and accurate processing for Payroll and reports for all Corporate Sales & Marketing Vice Presidents. Create and maintain employee records in various system applications.
  • Track, order, and distribute collateral and premiums for all sales centers; process all related invoices and payments. Process purchase orders, Agiloft, money transfers, check request and T&Es for Corporate Administration leadership.
  • Distribute and maintain all incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintain appropriate levels of supplies for the department.

  • Facilitate the tracking & processing vendor contracts for Sales and Marketing Annual Awards and Masters Trip for Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
  • Create, Track & Process all Corporate Sales and Marketing Award and Recognition invoices for events, awards, talent, and vendors.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Occasionally may require overtime, weekends and evenings.
  • Travel required domestic and international

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Working knowledge of Word and Excel.
  • Multi tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
  • Ability to travel & support award and recognition events as needed.
