Job Description

As a Carpenter, you will be tasked with installing panels on trusses, utilizing both hand and power tools. You will also be responsible for spraying fire retardant paint and cutting and measuring wood. This role requires the ability to lift heavy objects comfortably.

Responsibilities

• Install panels on trusses using hand and power tools.
• Spray fire retardant paint on necessary surfaces.
• Cut and measure wood accurately.
• Perform manual labor tasks as required.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in construction and carpentry.
• Experience with painting and paint preparation.
• Ability to perform framing work.
• Skilled in using hand tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with manual labor tasks.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Work Environment

Work from Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4:30 PM, reporting to the on-site superintendent. Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as a hardhat, steel toe boots, safety glasses, gloves, and a high visibility t-shirt are required at all times.

This is a Permanent position based out of Kissimmee, FL.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
