General Dentist

Our well-established, privately owned dental practice is seeking a Full-Time General Dentist to support the continued growth of our North Port location. Backed by years of experienced providers, this practice offers an ideal environment for clinicians looking to expand their skill set in dentistry. Applicants must have a minimum of one (1) full year of in-field clinical experience.

Highlights of our clinic for the Dentist:

• Office is PPO only!
• Primarily Adult based Care (Ages 20-60+)
• Average patient load per day: 7-10 (procedure dependent)
• Clinical scope includes Bread and Butter, Surgical Extractions, and RCT treatment
• Modern tech: CBCT, Medit Scanner, Trios 5 Scanner, ICAM Photogrammetry, Digital X-rays
• Dental Assistants and Hygienists on site

Core Responsibilities

• General dentistry such as crowns, fillings, bridges, dentures, partials, and extractions within comfort level. Endodontics is a plus but not required. The practice offers strong mentorship and hands-on training in implant placement, surgical extractions, bone grafting, and All-on-X treatment planning and restorations. Doctors receive support from an in-office team including a periodontist, prosthodontist, and seasoned general dentists, fostering continued clinical growth aligned with the evolving role of modern general dentistry.

Compensation & Benefits of the Dentist:

• 30% of Adjusted Production
• $80,000 – $120,000/ month per provider
• Mentorship as needed on site
• Potential Equity Option to be discussed
• Practice covers all lab fees

Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday, (8:00-5:00)
• Friday to Sunday (OFF)
• No Evenings, On call, or Weekends
