Landscape Account Manager

Job Title: Account Manager - Ruskin Florida (Tampa)

Reports To: Admin/ Owner

Position Summary:
The Account Manager oversees operations, client relations, and sales performance for two branches located in Orlando and Tampa. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, maintaining high client satisfaction, and ensuring operational efficiency across both locations while leading branch teams to meet and exceed company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Management

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet branch revenue targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Conduct site visits, prepare proposals, and deliver presentations to secure new contracts.

• Monitor client satisfaction and promptly address service concerns.

Operational Oversight

• Manage day-to-day operations for both Orlando and Tampa branches.

• Coordinate with branch supervisors to ensure service quality, schedule adherence, and compliance with company standards.

• Monitor branch budgets, expenses, and profitability.

• Oversee equipment, fleet, and resource allocation between branches.

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and support branch teams to achieve performance objectives.

• Facilitate communication between branches and corporate leadership.

• Conduct regular branch meetings to review progress, address challenges, and set priorities.

Reporting & Administration

• Track and report on sales performance, client retention, and operational metrics.

• Maintain accurate records in CRM and job management systems.

• Prepare monthly reports summarizing branch activities, wins, and improvement opportunities.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in account management, sales, or operations within the landscaping, irrigation, or related service industry.

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.

• Strong leadership skills with multi-location management experience.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

• Ability to travel regularly between Orlando and Tampa branches.

• Proficient in CRM and MS Office Suite.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform site visits in various outdoor conditions.

• Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs. as needed for occasional field work.
