Compensation

Uncapped commission‑based.

• Part‑time – $36,000–$48,000 potential first‑year compensation
• Full‑time – $72,000–$90,000 potential first‑year compensation, with top performers earning $150,000+

Responsibilities

• Identify client needs and recommend tailored protection and asset‑building solutions
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships through consistent communication and service
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and company‑provided lead systems
• Educate clients on policies, coverage options, and strategies to protect and grow their assets
• Follow up with prospects to guide them through the decision‑making process and close sales
• Stay current on industry trends and products
• Operate independently while collaborating with a high‑performing, supportive team environment
