General Manager (Non-Amazon Growth)

Work arrangement: On site/ Remote/ Hybrid (Travel expenses fully covered)

Concepta is a fast-growing, nine-figure DTC company with a portfolio of leading cosmetics and supplements brands. We have a strong presence in influencer marketing, performance marketing, and Amazon sales, with a primary focus on the U.S. market. By combining science-driven product development with an agile, data-led approach, we deliver innovative products that customers love.

We’re on a mission to branch out with another high-performing DTC e-commerce powerhouse! Here, we aren’t looking to hire a General Manager, we are looking for a General Manager that will partner up with our Founder and CEO and fly this powerhouse to new heights!

What’s the mission you ask?
Build and scale a non-Amazon DTC powerhouse (via Meta/TikTok). Take the full ownership of P&L, Strategy and team forging and show us how it’s done! With full autonomy you will have all the needed tools and resources available to you!

Key Masteries:
Ownership -You will be the Lieutenant in charge here, so you should see this as your own business and you should treat it the same way. If you have prior experience then you will definitely understand the importance and weight this carries.

Omnichannel Wiz -Since we want to expand our market to other platforms with this powerhouse you will need prior experience with multiple performance marketing channels (Tiktok, Shopify, etc)

DTC Mastermind - To build a successful DTC/FMCG business you have to know them inside and out, right? Previous experience with leading and managing nutraceuticals/supplement industry business is mandatory here!

Builder and Scaler DNA - To start this challenge you will need prior experience with growing brands from zero to hero, even better if that experience comes from start- ups. Show us how you will turn chaos into order and conquer the market!

“Data over all” Mindset - You will be the one who decides which way the team will go, so deep thinking and analysis should be an integral part of your thinking process. Decisions that you will be making have to be based on all the available data and metrics, not opinions!

Requirements:

• Proven track record of scaling a DTC/E-commerce business (preferably supplements, beauty, or CPG/FMCG) from an early stage to at least $50M+ inRevenue.
• P&L responsibility and ownership, over everything not just marketing or media.
• Experience and deep understanding with performance marketing channels (primarily MetaAds) and paid media.
• Team forging, leadership and management, you will be given freedom to make your teams but also responsibility and ownership over them and their performance metrics.
• Smart Budget management and resource allocation, you will be the one who scales all those campaigns so wise and strategic spendings are imperative.
• Deep understanding of consumer culture that will serve as a foundation for decision making.
