Sundays 15:30 pm | MonThurs 17:30 pm

What Youll Do

As Assistant Center Director, you are the right-hand partner to our Center Director, Ali, helping lead daily operations and create an exceptional experience for students and families.

You will:

Welcome families and create a warm, professional first impression
Coach and support instructors during sessions
Celebrate student progress and build motivation
Communicate with parents about student growth
Schedule assessments and explain our program to new families
Keep sessions organized and running smoothly
Support training and team development

Youll balance leadership, customer service, coaching, and operations all while keeping the energy positive and focused on student success.

Confident communicating face-to-face and on the phone
Comfortable talking with families, answering questions, and guiding them through enrollment conversations
Motivated by goals and excited to support sales conversations that help students get the support they need
Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable with math through Algebra
18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent
No experience? Our training covers it all!
Bonus: team management skills.
