Responsibilities:

• Review and process medical claims for accuracy and completeness.
• Submit insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims.
• Communicate with insurance companies and healthcare providers to resolve billing issues.
• Maintain accurate patient records and billing documentation.
• Assist with insurance verification and authorization when needed.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and billing practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Medical Biller or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, coding, and billing practices (e.g., ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS).
• Familiarity with insurance verification and claims submission processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions:This position involves working in a professional medical office environment. The role may require occasional standing, walking, or lifting of light objects.
