Florida Luxury Auto Dealer is looking to expand our Title/Billing Department. We are looking for a full-time experienced professional Title Clerk/Biller. The successful applicant will have 2 plus years of DMV Automotive Billing and Dealership Accounting experience. Applicants must be able to perform the following duties:
- Prepare licensing and titles for all retail residents and non-resident customers
- Ensure proper billing and finalizing of wholesale units and follow-up wholesale paperwork
- Cut checks for purchase units and payoffs
- Assist all deals to have proper documents for finalized funding
- Back up for floor plan – payoffs/add on with bank
- Post banking including wires, funding and daily transactions as needed
- Scanning deals, filing and DMV refunds
- Perform some administrative duties
- Ensure compliance with all government regulations
- Maintain a professional appearance
