- Opportunity for advancement
- Realizar tareas de limpieza en las áreas designadas, incluyendo oficinas, baños, túnel y estacionamiento.
- Usar hidrolavadora (presión de agua) en áreas problemáticas y otras zonas asignadas.
- Vaciar los botes de basura y desechar los residuos de manera adecuada.
- Informar a la administración sobre cualquier problema de mantenimiento o situación de riesgo de forma inmediata.
- Seguir los protocolos de limpieza y normas de seguridad establecidos para cumplir con las regulaciones de salud.
- Ayudar con proyectos especiales de limpieza según sea necesario.
- Gran atención al detalle y capacidad para seguir instrucciones de manera efectiva.
- Buena condición física; capaz de levantar hasta 25 libras y realizar tareas de pie durante largos períodos.
- Excelentes habilidades de gestión del tiempo y capacidad para priorizar tareas.
- Conocimiento de productos de limpieza y su uso correcto (deseable).
- Persona responsable, puntual y capaz de trabajar de forma independiente o en equipo.
