JOB TITLE : Digital App Project Manager - Communications and Loyalty Program Strategy LOCATION : Aventura, Florida TYPE : Hybrid (In Office & Remote) SCHEDULE: Full-time TYPE OF CONTRACT: Permanent PAY RATE : 85,000 to 90,000 per year DESCRIPTION : Join our dynamic team at ttg Talent Solutions! As the Digital App Project Manager specializing in Communications and Loyalty Program Strategy, you'll play a key role in shaping and executing our communication plan, particularly focused on our Loyalty Program App. This position involves working closely with the CEO to enhance engagement and impact across various digital touchpoints. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: - Collaborate with the CEO to refine and execute the strategic vision for the company's communication channels, emphasizing the Loyalty Program App.
- Manage app notifications, rewards, and proposals, ensuring seamless integration with marketing activities.
- Oversee the communication strategy, maintaining brand consistency within the loyalty app.
- Integrate marketing campaigns across app, website, and social media for enhanced user engagement and customer loyalty.
- Analyze user database and app statistics for targeted campaigns.
- Respond to customer inquiries and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Utilize analytics to assess the effectiveness of communication strategies and loyalty rewards.
- Drive customer retention initiatives, utilizing the app for member-driven growth campaigns.
- Collaborate with data analytics teams to derive user behavior insights for feature development and marketing campaigns.
- Infuse interactive elements and consistent communication within the app to deepen brand engagement.
- Drive revenue growth through tiered rewards and incentives for increased customer spend.
- Coordinate with technical teams for seamless app updates, prioritizing user experience and feedback.
- Oversee performance tracking across digital platforms, translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Manage issue resolution processes, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders regarding progress, milestones, and enhancements of the digital communication strategy.
- Ensure digital platforms adhere to data privacy laws and organizational policies.
REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in IT projects (mobile apps, web development, digital marketing).
- Demonstrable leadership in marketing with a focus on comprehensive communication strategies.
- Proficiency in English with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Familiarity with project management principles and experience in Agile environments.
- In-depth understanding of loyalty programs, customer engagement tactics, and digital marketing analytics.
- Strong analytical acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership qualities with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
