OTR Commercial Refrigerator Door Technician

Are you a hands-on professional who enjoys the freedom of the open road and the satisfaction of a job well done? We are seeking a motivated Over the Road Installer to join our commercial installation team. In this role, you will travel across state lines to install high-quality commercial refrigerator doors and frames in grocery stores, warehouses, and cold-storage facilities.

If you are a "tools-in-hand" worker with a clean driving record and a desire to see the country while you work, we want to talk to you. No specific refrigeration experience is required—we value your mechanical skill and work ethic above all else.

salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Mobile Installation: Travel to various commercial sites out-of-state to install and retro-fit commercial refrigerator/freezer doors.

• Precision Work: Use hand and power tools to ensure all units are level, plumb, and properly sealed for maximum energy efficiency.

• On-Site Modification: Utilize saws and measurement tools to customize frames and trim to fit specific site requirements.

• Technical Assembly: Install hinges, handles, gaskets, and specialized hardware.

• Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all commercial site safety protocols

• This role pays $22 an hour, with every completed door instalation you will recieve $200, and a $40 DM. You will be sent out on 5 day trips.
