We are seeking a Commercial Roofing Project Manager to join our team in Deerfield Beach, FL.

The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all phases of commercial roofing projects—from initial development through final completion. This role requires managing multiple projects simultaneously to ensure work is completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with all safety standards, specifications, and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide project management for multiple concurrent roofing projects.
• Support the collections process and assist with final payment coordination as needed.
• Evaluate bid specifications to ensure feasibility within proposed timelines.
• Lead efforts in scheduling, cost control, dispute resolution, contract administration, and quality assurance.
• Analyze property and building data to align construction activities with existing operations and systems.
• Assist in negotiating design-build contracts and subcontracts.
• Prepare, track, and issue purchase orders, subcontracts, AIA documents, and related agreements.
• Supervise consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with scope, budget, design standards, schedules, and contracts.
• Address and resolve construction-related issues, disputes, and change orders.
• Assign, develop, and monitor staff performance in alignment with project goals.
• Oversee project schedules, cost tracking, and progress reporting.
• Review and approve invoices, payment applications, and change orders.
• Ensure all work receives proper approvals from stakeholders and regulatory agencies.
• Manage insurance documentation, permits, and safety compliance.
• Lead regular project meetings and maintain detailed documentation of project activities.
• Conduct site visits to verify progress and compliance with plans and specifications.
• Maintain comprehensive records of drawings, submittals, samples, and correspondence.
• Upon project completion, ensure distribution of as-built drawings, manuals, and documentation.
• Contribute to monthly reporting, including WIP and forecast updates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial roofing project management.
• Strong knowledge of bid submittals, NOA guidelines, and warranty packages.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Ability to perform jobsite inspections and work safely at heights.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to pass a drug test and background check.
• Demonstrated leadership and team mentorship skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
