We are Seeking 4 Experienced Business Finance Specialists for INSIDE SALES to Sell our Business Lending and Equipment Finance Solutions to U.S. small to mid-sized Businesses.

**Key Responsibilities:**
· Identify and engage potential clients and provide businesses with working capital and equipment finance solutions.
· Conduct thorough financial assessments to determine clients' needs and eligibility.
· Develop and present tailored financing solutions to clients.
· Close deals effectively and maintain strong relationships with clients.
**Key Skills Required**
Sales Specialists understand that they are more than a Sales person looking to fill an order; they are the first impression a prospect has of our company. First impressions count and our agents must be confident, yet humble, professional, respectful (never rude), be an effective communicator, and excellent at building rapport and creating relationships.
We are seeking individuals who are also motivated to help our clients achieve the highest levels of success. You should also experience enough to understand that the sales process itself is a choreographed experience that should have potential customers begging to work with us.
Key skills necessary for success in the business lending and equipment finance industry include:
1. Strong sales skills: Sales representatives must have a proven record in direct phone sales, particularly in the finance industry; be persuasive, initiative-taking, and able to close deals effectively. B2B sales experience preferred, but B2C high-volume direct sales accepted.
2. Financial acumen: Strong understanding of business lending and finance concepts is essential to guide clients through the lending process. Intelligence matters.
3. Customer service: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients is crucial for long-term success in this industry.
4. Communication skills: Strong English speaking and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, is necessary to provide clear and effective communications both with clients and internal team members and is important for successful deals. Bi-lingual a plus, but not mandatory.
5. Technology Capable: Ability to use a variety of technologies, software programs and apps such as MS Office, Outlook or Gmail, Zoom/Teams video conference capable, Cloud based CRM, Training and Lead Capture mobile app.
6. Adaptability: The ability to navigate and adapt to changing market conditions and client needs is key in the finance industry and be able to contribute to, and work as part of a team. Must be teachable (not a know it all), and desire to learn new things and interested in constructive advice to improve where necessary.
7. Goal-oriented mindset: Sales reps should be driven by goals and targets, working towards achieving them consistently, and have a strong drive to succeed.
8. Team player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team with colleagues in different departments is necessary for a smooth lending process.
9. Organized: Must be routine-driven, organized, good with follow-up and follow-through, self-sufficient, dependable, and able to manage your time effectively. Must be able to maintain a pipeline that can be observed in the CRM and understood by sales leader.
**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**
- Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships
- Moving all prospects to the proper stage of the pipeline via CRM throughout the day
- Maintaining clear, up to date records which document all interactions with all prospects and clients, and ensure accurate pipeline information in our CRM
- Diligently and consistently following-up with potential clients over deal flow period, and even after the sale on a schedule basis to maintain the relationship and seek opportunities for sale renewals
- Educating prospects on our educational workshops from an expert perspective
- Allowing our CRO, or any future Director of Sales to shadow calls to provide constructive feedback
- Use both internal and external resources to maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and industry
- Collaborate with the team to formulate ideas on how to best serve our clients
- Be mindful of any emerging patterns of negative feedback from clients and report to the CRO on same
- Collaborating with team to ensure smooth transitions from program to program and beyond.
- Contributing to the growth and betterment of all team members in a respectful way, with encouragement, support, ideas and positivity.
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
- All prospects are to be properly moved into the CRM and client information/details documented by end of each day.
- All qualified prospects are consistently followed up with until definitive disposition is achieved.
- Sales summary on personal business is to be daily maintained on applications sent, returned completed, and deals closed/financed by 11:59 pm each weekday.
- Sales Specialist shall remain well-versed in the latest product offerings through continued education/training
- All internal communication are acknowledged and implemented, as applicable
**About the Opportunity**
· Interviews will begin immediately, with onsite training to begin June 1, 2024
· Extensive marketing done by IBF, and Leads provided at no cost to Reps.
· Base pay offered between $30,000 to $40,000 (+ commission) depending on direct finance sales experience for the first 60 days.
· Commissions also paid on renewals.
· Application Processing assistance provided from experienced internal team to help expedite deal flow processing.
· Working Monday through Friday - 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
