Pastis West Palm Beach is seeking Restaurant Managers to join its opening team!

About the Role:
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Restaurant Manager will play a key role in running day-to-day service, delivering exceptional guest experience, hiring and training staff, and ensuring overall operational excellence. Success in this role requires a hands-on, hospitality-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about building high-performing teams and creating memorable guest experiences.

Desired Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of management experience in a high-volume, service-driven restaurant
• Experience with opening new restaurants from the ground-up
• Excellent communication, critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Experience hiring, training, and mentoring a diverse hourly FOH staff
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to change
• A positive and self-motivated disposition with a commitment to excellence and team success
• A love for French cuisine & culture
