Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Help manage financial portfolios and conduct regular client reviews.
• Close new business from inbound leads (no prospecting or hunting)
• Opportunity to work with warm inbound leads, no cold calling required.
• Guide clients through retirement planning sessions and portfolio updates.
• Learn and implement our financial planning process and client service model.
• Stay current on market trends, product offerings, and regulatory updates.
• Present and manage index annuity and insurance-based investment strategies.
• Collaborate with senior advisors and support staff to ensure seamless client experiences.

Qualifications:

• Series 65 license (required)
• Time management and follow-through.
• Team collaboration and adaptability.
• Florida 215 Insurance License (preferred)
• Consultative communication and closing skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Financial planning and client service excellence.
• Organized, efficient, and able to manage multiple client relationships.
• Team-oriented with a growth mindset and willingness to be coached.
• Knowledge of investment products (annuities, retirement strategies)
• Up to 10 years of financial advisory experience (ideal range: 3-7 years)
• Experience working with Assets Under Management (AUM), especially index annuities.
