Channel Marketing Senior Manager-Americas

Overview
Lead and execute a holistic Americas channel marketing strategy that leverages multi-touch and multi-channel engagement to market to, through, and with RUCKUS partners. Drive brand awareness, accelerate demand generation, and foster deeper partner collaboration by integrating campaign planning, partner enablement, and data-driven insights across all stages of the channel ecosystem. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and maximize impact through targeted initiatives, continuous optimization, and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Alignment
Develop, execute and optimize integrated channel marketing campaigns aligned with Americas comprehensive marketing strategy and partner priorities.
Collaborate with sales, product, and partner teams to design and execute marketing programs that drive brand relevance, pipeline and revenue growth.
Ensure initiatives are tailored to key verticals and business objectives.
Project Management & Collaboration
Work with key stakeholders such as Partner & Distribution Sales leadership to ensure strategic channel marketing and sales alignment.
Partner with Sales to map the partner lifecycle across Marketo and Salesforce, ensuring alignment with multi-touch attribution models to enhance visibility into marketing influence and conversion impact.
Lead weekly Marketing & Partner Sales alignment conversations to drive cross-functional execution. Share structured agendas and strategic updates in advance, and ensure timely follow-through on action items to maintain momentum and accountability.
Engage in weekly Partner Account Manager conversations to deepen understanding of partner sales motions and proactively surface joint marketing opportunities that drive pipeline and partner engagement.
Facilitate ongoing 1:1 strategy discussions with Marketing Leadership to align on campaign performance, cross-functional collaboration, and execution.
Oversee the Americas Market Development Funds (MDF) Marketing budget, ensuring investments are strategically aligned, fully documented, and optimized for measurable ROI.
Integrated Marketing
Proactively manage integrated marketing campaigns and tactics, across paid, owned and earned media, to dormant and active partners.
Provide strategic guidance to distributors and partners on campaign integration and MDF-funded activities.
Create compelling content for marketing assets (emails, landing pages, presentations, collateral, etc.) tailored to the audience to support integrated campaigns and drive engagement across partner channels and paid, owned, and earned media.
Serve as primary marketing POC for “concierge” marketing agencies supporting partner MDF requests; oversee strategy, KPIs, and asset alignment.
Report monthly channel marketing metrics and identify areas for optimization.
Assess MDF spend and budget to allocate resources effectively.
Track and report on KPIs including pipeline contribution, lead quality, and campaign ROI.
Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and budget allocation.
Thought Leadership
Develop content strategy for NAR & CALA Partner newsletters; ensure relevance and timeliness. Collaborate with Laura Swalec who currently manages compiling content and sending.
Manage partner-led case study pipeline from strategy through execution and promotion.
Launch and promote at least one MDF-funded case study per month.
Identify opportunities to highlight partners, case studies and testimonials in relevant content and sales & marketing assets
Webinar & Event Strategy & Execution
Support, plan, and execute strategic channel marketing webinars and events (e.g., Accelerate Americas, RUCKUS hosted events) to drive brand awareness and measurable business impact.
Develop quarterly webinar & event strategy aligned to integrated campaigns, partner priorities, and business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact opportunities (summits, roadshows, tradeshows, webinars, incentives).
Work closely with partners, distributors, and internal stakeholders to co-create event experiences.
Leverage multi-channel marketing (sales enablement, email, organic & paid media) to maximize event attendance and engagement.
Define clear event objectives and KPIs; analyze results to optimize future events and demonstrate impact.
Capture lessons learned, share best practices, and refine event processes.
Reporting & Optimization
Report monthly on channel marketing metrics, MDF spend, and campaign performance across top, middle and bottom of the funnel.
Identify areas for optimization and continuous improvement.
Document and share best practices across the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
8+ years in channel/integrated marketing, preferably in B2B/tech.
Demonstrated ability to guide stakeholders and provide strategic counsel on marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing impact.
Proven success in multi-channel campaign execution and partner enablement.
Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools.
Strong collaboration, project management, and communication skills.
Ability to manage budgets, track ROI, and optimize spend.
Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is $120,500.00-$153,000.00
