Health Sherpa Sales Trainer

With the continued growth of Insurance Pipeline and our Sales Organization, we are seeking a Health Sherpa Sales Trainer to join our team in Fort Lauderdale. As a Full Time Health Sherpa Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for partnering with Sales leadership to monitor Sales performance for every individual and create customized learning plans to address deficiencies - both to address individual development as well as macro trends where training is required across the entire Sales org to address problematic trends or new developments. The successful candidate will have technical aptitude and fluency, experience developing/presenting instructional materials, and can easily work with both technical and non-technical audiences. You will be responsible for ensuring optimal sales performance - training on our products and services, the markets we serve, as well as on sales best practices.
The Sales Trainer will be responsible for the following:
2-3 years of Healthcare Sales
- Training sales professionals.
- Leading a training team of sales specialists, trainers, and coaches.
- Training new employees in our products and services.
- Facilitating training sales calls and meetings.
- Identifying new training/onboarding opportunities.
- Overseeing the training process for new employees.
- Assisting with customer acquisition efforts.
- Creating and maintaining training reports.
Qualifications:The Sales Trainer position requires a high school diploma or GED, college degree in marketing, business administration, or related field. A minimum of three to five years of experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and customer acquisition, as well as sales leadership. A successful candidate will have a proven track record in these roles as well as a demonstrated ability to work with a small team across multiple departments to meet goals and expectations in a fast-paced environment. The position requires a combination of technical skills as well as sales skills so that the individual can learn how to effectively train others in our organization as well as learn how to sell our products and services ourselves.
Job Types: Full Time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000 per year
