Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Junior C&Q Engineer with 1–2 years of experience to support commissioning, qualification, and validation activities within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will assist with IQ/OQ/PQ execution, documentation, and compliance activities in support of GMP-regulated systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support commissioning and qualification activities for equipment, utilities, and systems
- Assist in executing IQ, OQ, and PQ protocols
- Maintain validation documentation in compliance with GMP/FDA standards
- Support equipment startup, troubleshooting, and qualification activities
- Coordinate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely project completion
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in commissioning, qualification, validation, or pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Basic understanding of GMP/cGMP and FDA regulations
- Familiarity with validation lifecycle and documentation practices
- Strong communication and technical writing skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to aseptic manufacturing environments
- Experience with Kneat, ValGenesis, or similar validation systems
- Knowledge of utilities such as WFI, clean steam, or process equipment
Experience Required
- 1–2 years relevant experience in pharma/biotech industry
