Location: Bonita Springs, FL near Naples, FL
Position: Full-Time
Work Setting: Private Physical Therapy Office
Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour
Salary: $80,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time opening in a private outpatient clinic in Bonita Springs. In this role, you will help patients recover from injury, improve movement, regain strength, and work toward practical goals that matter in daily life. This office is built around one-on-one visits, which means you will be able to focus on each patient fully, keep treatment quality high, and build strong working relationships over the course of care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough patient evaluations and identify areas of functional concern
• Build treatment plans that support measurable improvement
• Provide skilled physical therapy treatment during scheduled outpatient visits
• Track progress and revise treatment approaches as patients improve
• Teach patients how to continue progress through home exercise programs
• Complete all clinical documentation accurately and on time
• Communicate effectively with patients, office staff, and providers
• Maintain a professional standard of care throughout each stage of treatment

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent from an accredited program
• Active Florida Physical Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain one
• Current CPR certification
• Outpatient experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Ability to manage a full-time schedule in a consistent and organized way
