Receiptionist

Job Summary: We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. This role will manage front desk operations, provide administrative support, and ensure a welcoming environment for staff, visitors, and clients while maintaining efficient office processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff, answering inquiries and directing them to the appropriate contacts or departments.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and accurate message delivery.
- Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, booking meeting rooms, and maintaining organized filing systems.
- Support office operations by ordering supplies, coordinating mail distribution, and assisting with event setup or other clerical duties as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- 1+ years of receptionist or administrative experience in a professional setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., phones, printers).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on organization, multitasking, and a customer-service-oriented attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Contract, Temp-to-hire
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
