Pay: $50,000 - $100,000 per year + Opportunities for Advancement

Location: Fort Walton Beach, FL and surrounding area (also have an option for Fort Walton Beach, FL)

What You'll Do

As a Service Tech, you will be the face of our company in the field—diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining systems while delivering a top-notch customer experience.

• Diagnose & Repair: Perform accurate troubleshooting and high-quality repairs on [HVAC / Plumbing / Electrical / Mechanical] systems in residential and commercial settings.

• Customer Advisor: Communicate technical issues to customers in plain, easy-to-understand language. Offer honest options and recommendations without pushy tactics.

• Quality & Safety: Maintain high workmanship standards, adhering to local codes and safety protocols on every job site.

• System Efficiency: Perform routine maintenance and multi-point inspections to keep equipment running reliably.

• Tech & Logistics: Use our digital dispatch tools to track work orders, manage inventory on your provided van, and complete accurate job notes.

• Technical Skills: Strong diagnostic abilities across electrical, mechanical, and system controls.

• Certifications & Compliance: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (Required). EPA Universal certification preferred (or willingness to obtain). Must pass a background check, pre-employment drug screening, and participate in E-Verify work authorization.
