What You'll Do

• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and lead a team of door-to-door canvassers
• Conduct regular team meetings, field training, and performance coaching
• Develop and execute effective canvassing strategies
• Plan neighborhood targeting, territory mapping, and daily route strategies
• Monitor team performance and drive consistent lead generation
• Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performance team culture

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience managing a door-to-door canvassing team is required
• Proven ability to recruit, coach, mentor, and develop successful canvassing professionals
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience creating and implementing effective canvassing strategies
• Results-driven with a passion for building high-performing teams
